Working Days

The school will function five days a week - Monday to Friday.

Working Hours

Grades I to Above : 09.10am to 03.45pm

Office Timings

09.00 a.m. to 04.00p.m. (Monday to Friday) Saturdays till 12.00 p.m only.

Lunch Break : 01:15 p.m. to 02.00.p.m.

School Book Shop : 09:00 a.m. to 04.30p.m.(Lunch break :01:30 p.m. to 02:15 p.m.)

School Food Shop : 08:45 a.m. to 04:00p.m. (Lunch break :01:45 p.m. to 02:30 p.m.)

The Principal/Sr Principal & other officers in key position shall be available to the parents for consultation only by prior appointment during the visiting hours.

Visiting Hours

Principal/Sr Principal : 03:00 p.m. to 04:30 p.m.

Administrative Officer & Transport Manager : 11.00 a.m. to 01.00p.m

Grade teachers : Saturday between 11.00a.m. & 12.00 noon

General Holidays

The holidays are given in the school calendar for the current academic year. Other holidays will be declared by the management as and when required

Dress Code

It is mandatory for all pupils to wear the school uniform. All students must be in full and correct uniform.We ask for parental support in achieving the best possible standard for our students.

Grade I & II - Girls

Polo Frock (Orange ,Green & Yellow)with knee length pants(Navy Blue).

Grade I & II - Boys

Polo T-Shirt (Orange,Green & Yellow) with Navy Blue Bermudas.

Grade III and Above - Girls

Regular days : Light Brown striped- Full sleeved salwar,Light Brown Pyjama and Vest (Overcoat)
Wednesdays : White full sleeved salwar with House color Jacket(Sports Wear).

Grade III and Above - Boys

Regular days : Light Brown Full pants & Light Brown striped Full sleeved shirt.
Wednesdays : House color Polo T-shirt & Track pants (Sports Wear).

Shoes and Socks( I & II)

Black shoes and White socks with blue stripes.

Shoes and Socks (III & Above)

Regular days : Light Brown shoes and light brown socks with gold colour bands.
Wednesdays : White shoes and White socks.

Note : Jewelery is not allowed other than a watch (5th upwards only) and a pair of stud ear rings(girls). Do not use hair gel, hair cream etc. Hats can be brought to school for use when out in the sun.Girls must tie their hair on both sides with light brown satin ribbons. Brown hair bands with regular uniform and white hair band on Wednesdays are to be used for short hair.Muslim girls from Grade III onwards can cover their hair with a scarf light brown on regular days and white scarf on Wednesdays.

Instructions to Parents

Ensure that your ward is regular, punctual and well disciplined.

Make sure that your ward has done his/her assignments on time.

Avoid meeting wards during class hours.

Do not send your wards to school if they are medically unfit to attend the class.

Attend the parent evenings and open houses regularly to maintain a close rapport with the school to monitor and evaluate your ward's learning and progress.

Get in touch with the Class teacher/Principal if your ward faces any difficulty or problem.

Submit a written authorization through the school diary to the Principal if you wish to take your child home during class.

Make sure that your ward actively takes part in all the school activities as they are executed in best interests of the student body.

Kindly do not give gifts to the teachers. Your child's all round development is the best gift.

Ensure that your ward devotes sufficient time to studies at home everyday.

Do not send cakes and costly gifts to the institution on birthdays.

Do not withdraw children from the classes as a reason for mere social functions, so as not to break the continuity of study which is essential for their progress.

Co-operate with the school authorities to liberate children from the slavery of tuition.

No deduction is permissible in any fees for days of absence or arbitrary discontinuance.

Do not criticize the school or teachers in front of your child. Those who wish to seek any clarification, information or make any suggestions or complaint should do so directly to the Principal and not to any teacher or other members of staff.Give all complaints in writing.

Please avoid late nights for children.

Please label all stationery and clothing items.

In case your child is traveling by your own transport please ensure that he/she reaches the school in time.

The tiffin should consist mainly of fruits and home cooked food which the children can manage themselves. No junk food will be allowed in the school.

School bags should be provided as per the instructions issued by the institution.

Engaging in conversation with staff during the working hours is strongly discouraged. Should there be any discussions, you may fix a prior appointment.

    PCM Examination

    Progressive Curriculum Management (PCM) Scholarship Examination was conducted on 18th November 2017.
